Praxus (meaning “turning theory into practice) is an Australian based company with operations in the USA, United Kingdom, Denmark, Austria, Germany and Greenland. Praxus Holdings was established in 1995 (incorporated 2001) as a niche management consultancy. It has since grown rapidly to work in mining, oil and gas, government, construction, pharmaceutical and insurance industries.

We believe people are the main ingredient for creating better outcomes.  Hence we take a very human approach to our work. This often involves helping to transform fragmented groups into energised coalitions with refreshing new visions and innovative strategies.

Praxus offers a diverse and unique skill set for modern organisations. It has been the leading management consultancy firm for a number of large-scale projects internationally and facilitated “out of the box” business thinking and strategic development in Australia and Europe. Praxus also provides a strong focus on company communications (both internal and external), stakeholder engagement (particularly community consultation) and provides additional services for business managers including: leadership coaching, change management and project management. Finally, Praxus oversees a number of social and environmental impacts assessment processes.

Strategic Planning

Praxus is a company based on the premise that important meetings or workshops need to separate out who is discussing and working on the subject matter and who is running the process of the meeting. This provides many benefits including:

• Participants can focus on the content rather than the process of the meeting
• Facilitator can ask questions and focus on matters that others are reluctant to pursue
• Potential outcomes are discussed up front with the client to ensure good results on the day
• Designed workshops are very good for moral and provide a good team building environment

A comprehensive report that captures the conversation and action items is provided to the client.

Professional Coaching

The purpose of Professional  1on1 coaching is to provide a safe and independent environment for individuals to guide their professional and personal growth. Its primary objective is to act as a sounding board to support and empower individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. Coaching provides non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their aspirations, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome them. Most importantly, this work is CONFIDENTIAL & INDEPENDENT to the organisation. This benefit is not available to internal mentoring programs.
